My opinion on why gay marriage should be legalized:

  1. it shows support for LOVE. which is supposed to be what marriage is about in the first place!
  2. two men can hold guns or knives, but holding hands is wrong… do i even need to explain how messed up the world’s vision is?
  3. allowing gays to marry doesn’t give them any less or any more right, IT GIVES THEM EQUAL RIGHT.
  4. it supports what God says… if you’re going to say it’s a sin, let me just point out, religion in the first place is supposed to be about letting god judge and of course: LOVE AND RESPECT.
  5. millions of people are placed under one stereotype. all gay people are different. just like straight people. no one’s the same. so how do you go around making one law for sooo many different types of people?
  6. it’s accepting people as they are. people are so quick to say, “be who you are” but when people follow their advice, they’re shunned. people should feel free to express themselves and be who they truly are.
